Making Sense of the Confusion: Simplifying a Complex Project

Automating and streamlining complex processes online can be a very frustrating and drawn out effort, unless a clear understanding of functionality, user experience, and data architecture has been established up front. Just as one would brainstorm and outline a dissertation, a developer or designer should identify the needs of a project with the client and confirm the overall goals.
