Most organizational websites include a “team” section that displays profiles of key personnel. A+ was no different. When I first took over managing the A+ website in its infancy, the agency agreed to my suggestion to add a Tutor Profiles section to the site. At first, as a static html site, this required manual editing of HTML pages. During the second phase SEO overhaul, the tutor profiles were stored in an XML file with a custom PHP form to manage the data and render the HTML. Upon the decision to migrate the entire site to WordPress, a custom content type was required to store this data and allow office staff and site administrators to manage team profiles.
