Google Custom Search Engine Integration

Google allows non-profits to incorporate its custom search engine without advertisements on their sites.  To incorporate it into the Expression Engine build, a template for the generic search form widget was created, as was an individual search/search results page template, where the CSE scripts could be customized to render within the respective section of the content layout.
